Shipping Information

• Standard UK Delivery: 3-7 business days - £3.99
• International Delivery: 7-25 business days - £10.00
• Express Delivery UK: 1-3 business days - £7.99
• International Express Delivery: 7-15 business days - £15.00

Note: When free shipping is offered and a refund is requested, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Certain Items Excluded from Refund or Exchange

For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for refund or exchange. These items include:

• Any other future items specified at the time of purchase

Refund Policy

We adhere to the standard UK policy law on refunds and exchanges. However, as stated above, we do not offer refunds or returns on items considered a hygiene risk or on sale items unless they are faulty. All items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund or return. This includes undamaged boxes and intact packaging.
